China to Allow Private Investment in Military Equipments

According to Xinhua News Net, China is about to open national defence equipment area to private captial and lower  threshold of access to military equipment market.

According to report, new policies of General Armament Department of the People's Liberation Army includes: Lowering market access threshold, simplifying certificating procedures, improving pricing mechanism and taxing policies regarding to military equipment.

Purchase and Sale Contract Stamp Tax on Aircraft Leasing Company Suspended When Purchasing Aircrafts

On March 12, according to the information posted on the website of the Ministry of Finance, to implement Opinion on Expediting the Development of Aircraft Leasing by General Office of the State Council and facilitate the healthy development of aircraft leasing, the purchase and sale contract stamp tax on aircraft leasing company when purchasing aircrafts is to be suspended from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018.


Tianjin Dongjiang Leased 299 Aircrafts Till End of February

Till the end of February, Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone has witnessed the registration of 600 leasing companies with RMB 15.56 billion registered capital, leases of 299 aircrafts, approximately USD 17.17 billion accumulated leasing assets of various categories. February itself witnessed 11 orders of aircraft leasing with year-on-year growth of 267%, and saw about USD 0.669 billion leasing assets of various categories with year-on-year growth of 238%.

General aviation set for takeoff as more airspace is available
